META TRAVELERS
An ever-expanding narrative universe…
Meta Travelers have developed a groundbreaking and innovative blend of storytelling and cutting-edge technology.
In 2021 they approached I&I to help them bring their visionary concept to life. The
ambitious goal was to develop a captivating story world and character concepts for their groundbreaking 3D digital avatar NFT launch.
Since then, we worked closely with the founders to create a cohesive sci-fi fantasy
universe that matched the unique visuals they had built for the project.
We produced a series of weekly motion comics that complemented the launch of the NFT project, delivering over an hour's worth of thrilling content across 32 episodes.

The artwork was used for digital and physical versions of the comic stories as well as unique comic art NFTs. Environments created for the comics served as the blueprint for fully developed virtual worlds created using Unreal Engine 5. Now, players can immerse themselves in a realm where fiction meets reality, interacting and adventuring alongside their cherished 3D avatars.
'An ever-expanding narrative universe…’
Along with the comics, characters, and stories, we put together a narrative history of the Meta Travelers Universe which became the basis for the ongoing IP development.
Building on the success of the motion comics and NFT project, I&I is currently
partnering with the Meta Travelers team to introduce a premium line of action figures based on iconic characters from the Meta Travelers story world, aptly named 'The Legendari.'
